Step 1

Mental Health Quiz

This brief questionnaire is designed for self-reflection to help identify your concerns and expectations. Even if you don't have all the answers, the questions may guide you towards them. As a therapist, I review your responses to understand your concerns and determine if I can assist you.

Testimonials

As a mental health therapist, I don't solicit testimonials from clients for several important reasons:

Confidentiality and Privacy: Maintaining your confidentiality and privacy is paramount. Soliciting testimonials could pressure clients to reveal personal information.

Power Dynamics: The inherent power dynamics in therapy may make clients feel obligated to provide positive feedback, which might not accurately reflect their true experiences.

Ethical Guidelines: Professional ethical guidelines discourage soliciting testimonials to ensure therapeutic boundaries are clear and the focus remains on your well-being and progress.

Focus on Client Well-being: The primary goal is to support your mental health and personal growth, not to gather endorsements.
